Grisette wild berries sorbet
Preparation
Juice the raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and half a banana.
Boil water and sugar.
Add the boiling sugar syrup to the fruit mixture and leave to cool.
Add the Grisette Fruits des Bois and stir.
Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
Ingredients
- 100 g raspberry pulp
- 50 g blueberries
- 30 g blackberries
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 20cl water
- 200 g sugar
- 25cl Grisette Fruits des Bois
