As a reflection of its land of origin, this unique distillate is the product of triple distillation – a feature of Irish distilling. It is made from malt barley extract (wort) used for the production of St-Feuillien Triple, a high fermented beer. Six months spent ageing in American oak (Bourbon) barrels filled for the first time gives this nectar purity, warmth, fruitiness and great mouth satisfaction.
