St-Feuillien Blonde 6 x 75 cl – Limited edition Ducasse de Mons

Although located "outside the walls," the St-Feuillien Brewery has been an intrinsic part of the brewing landscape of Mons for many years. Closely linked to the local tradition and folklore, it is in Mons that the St-Feuillien Blonde truly took off more than half a century ago. Quickly adopted by the people of Mons, this golden beer, known for its refreshing taste, with flavors of citrus and spices, subtly hopped, has become an indispensable part of the Doudou festivities. Refermented in an exclusive bottle, the St-Feuillien Blonde today embodies the symbolism of one of the highlights of the Ducasse de Mons, reflecting the Brewery St-Feuillien's attachment to this ancestral ritual. Limited edition 2024. This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make it an excellent and very drinkable beer. Alcohol level 7.5%
